The compulsion of keeping trendy hair is subjective in men. Some do it because they love fashion. Others do it because women force them to maintain a certain degree of style even if it means a hair transplant. The level of obsession with hair amongst men is certainly lower than that in women, but some men love their hair. Many would engage the best hair transplant surgeon if the need arises.

Fashion has rarely travelled through time without altering. Same is the case with hairstyles. In this article, we will look at some of the most common, funny, stylish and popular hairstyles of 100 BC to present time.

Flattop: This style got rampant success in the 90s. It is gradually disappearing now. It was made popular by many Hollywood stars. With the trends in the industry changing, this style is becoming less popular. ‘The Hollywood giveth and the Hollywood taketh away’. It may be unpopular now but there was a time when this hairstyle was trademark of stylish men. Holywood might also be responsible for many hair transplant doctors that exist today.

Mullet: The Mullet is one of those styles which compel us to think that we didn’t have any fashion sense back in the old days. Most people hide their photographs of the 80s when this trend was popular. It has nearly become extinct now (certainly amongst sane people) but when it was in, mullet was stretched as far as eye could see. How the times change over the period of 30 odd years.

Caesar cut: Named after the legendary Roman king, Caesar cut is practical, stylish, easy to manage and classy. It is the most common type of hairstyle among men. People of all countries and professions keep this hairstyle for fashion and convenience purposes.  If you are the type of guy who wants to look elegant without bothering to ‘maintain’ hair a lot, this style is meant for you.

Comb over: It is a bit ironic that this “hairstyle” makes the list of all time popular styles. The hairstyle allows men to grow the hair long and comb them in a way that they are spread over their balding spots. The hairstyle is simply popular because men are getting bald everywhere and apparently hair transplant surgery is too much bother.

Chrome dome: Unlike our first two styles, Chrome dome is a contemporary style which allows the person to keep his hair very short. There are two uses of this hairstyle, one for the men who like to keep their hair short and second for balding men who are losing their hair. In this style, the hair is kept really short. In the 2000s, this trend became increasingly popular as many Hollywood stars have kept it. Wiping off the hair to their roots also comes within the territory of Chrome dome. It looks villainous perhaps but it is still very popular. You definitely won't need a hair transplant if you favor this look.

Bouffant: The style of Elvis Presley, Bouffant was popular in women in the 60s and 70s but for a little time men became attracted to it as well. If you see old pictures of people with large puffy hair on their heads, it was Bouffant. If you are thinking that why would men do such as thing? You are not the only one.

My hair stilist on the saloon where I go gave me around 2 months ago some type of hair oil that makes my hair grow faster and thicker. I don’t like to spam this blog so, who wants to find more details can click on my user name. Also sorry for my bad english :)
