Getting real hands on experience is also helpful in giving you an impression of what you will be doing on the job and prepares you for a number of different situations on the job. Rather than go for the minimal amount of school in order to be on the job as soon as possible, you need to ensure that you have all the skills and knowledge to do well as a veterinary technologist.
